When instructing a Key Holding & Alarm Response partner you want to ensure that they are a reputable company and comply with all BS7984-3:2020 standards. A set of keys, Alarm Fobs & Codes will be provided to your dedicated contract manager who will then ensure that these are tagged and kept in a safe and secure location in accordance with BS7984-3 standards.

Your ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) will then contact our 24/7 365 days a year manned control room if your system is activated and we dispatch our highly trained Alarm Response units to attend your property.
